Justus Truck Lines Posted Accessorial Rates- in effect as of 01/02/2024

Justus Truck lines standard Accessorial Rates are here posted to make it Public Knowledge for standard charges. Layover / Same day delay of 6 hours or more at shipper or receiver $500

Detention Pay:

Detention pay starts 2 hours after stated delivery appointment or 3 hours after arrival of First Come First Serve Shipping / Receiving facilities. $75 per hour capped at $500 per 12 hours.

Rerouting of product delivery. $3.15 per mile. Miles calculated from original destination (or current location if notified prior to delivery) and back to original destination.

Stop Pay

$75 per stop. First Pick up and First Delivery is not charged and included in the rate.

Truck Order Not Used

$150 if order cancelled between 12-24 hours of scheduled pickup.

$450 if order cancelled less than 12 hours of scheduled pickup.

Lumper/Unloading Reimbursement:

Justus Truck Lines will charge Customer the amount of lumper charged to Justus Truck Lines plus $5 for fees associated with paying the lumper on the Customer’s behalf.

Wash-out Fees.

If Justus Truck Lines is required to obtain a washout prior to loading or unloading due to customer requirements or customer’s product nature. Justus Truck Lines will charge the amount of the Wash-out (amount reflected by receipt), plus $50 for the driver’s time. Justus will provide a reasonably clean, and Food Safe Trailer at pickup. If Justus Truck Lines needs to Wash-out the trailer after delivery, Justus will notify Customer within 2 hours of delivery, supply pictures, and charge for a Wash-out, plus $50 for the driver’s time.
Tracking.

Justus Truck Lines can provide tracking for equipment with a live Tracking Link that will be supplied by Motive, on request. Justus Truck Lines cannot be held liable for any 3 rd party tracking apps, nor their functionality.

Invoicing:

Justus Truck Lines will supply Customer with an invoice, including but not limited to, all PODS, Lumper Receipts, Wash-out Receipts within 30 days of delivery. Justus Truck Lines will not recognize any deductions to the invoice for deductions by the Customer, for any other invoicing policy.

Justus Truck Lines will accept all payments within 45 days of the invoice date on the Justus Truck Lines invoice date. Any payments received after the 45-day grace period, will incur a 0.50% late payment fee per day. If prior arrangements are made with Justus Truck Lines and the interest amount is agreed upon, in writing, for outstanding balances and the posted late payment fees here described, is paid in full within 7 days of the agreement (This is to allow reasonable mail transit time), Justus Truck Lines will consider the invoice paid in full and no further interest will be accumulated during mail transit time. If the payment is not received, within that 7-day period, interest will be calculated from the end of the 45 day grace period to the date the payment is received.
